Infant milk in Spain during the period 1955-1975: the years of transition and innovation

Abstract

By following the historical sequence started in previous articles, this work describes and analyses the characteristics and producers of infant milk sold in Spain during the period from 1955 to 1975 (n = 41). A wide variability, diffi culties in their classification, and the use of various new ingredients in their formulas was observed when comparing them.
